Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All product images on our website are of the actual items we manufacture and sell. However, due to lighting or screen variations, slight color differences may occur. The product size, packaging, and ingredients will always match the description provided.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After completing a purchase, a digital receipt will be emailed to you. You can also log into your Reebonn account and view your order history and invoices under the “My Orders” section.

How can I return an item?

If your item qualifies for a return under our Refund & Return Policy, you can initiate a return by contacting our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes. We regularly restock popular personal care and home care products. If an item is marked “Out of Stock,” you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or follow us on social media for updates.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship island-wide across Sri Lanka. During checkout, simply enter your delivery address, and we’ll handle the rest. For inquiries about special deliveries, feel free to contact our team.
